Here’s a big +1 for AquaSource Customer Service

August 30

So I am currently redoing my downstairs bathroom (in brief for those that don’t know: completely gutted and replaced with awesomeness).  Cecily and I found what we considered to be the perfect faucet at Lowes:  AquaSource #0476590A with pull-down sprayer.

The problem is, I installed it, and somewhere along the line it started leaking on the top side of the sprayhead.  Fortunately, I kept the documentation, gave the AquaSource customer service department a call, and told them the part I needed (which was clearly listed in the documentation).  They told me there was no charge, and the item would be shipped out this week.

Talk about flooring me.  I’m honest, so being as I didn’t know what caused the problem (me or factory defect), I was expecting to pay for it.  Since I just got off the phone, there may be updates to this post, but assuming the part comes as expected (which I have no reason to doubt at this moment), now would be a good time to read this post’s title.  🙂

Hi, Do you have the number that you called for AquaSource? I have the same faucet and it stopped working and I misplaced my paper work. I have been given the run around between lowes and an Aquasource manufacturer that did not make this faucet. Apparently there is more than one company who produces AquaSource. If you still have the number it that would be amazing and help my head ache.
    Thanks so much,
    Nicole

I don’t have the number off hand, but a Google search turns up this one: 1-866-538-5535

If I don’t forget, I’ll look up the number when I am back where the docs are.

        Thank you,
Yes that is the number I called before. Unfortunatly that company isn’t the one who made my faucet.

You’re in luck — your comment reminded me while I happened to be home. 🙂

The phone number is 1-866-237-3907 and they’re open 7am-7pm EST (according to my docs) and their email address is CS@partshelpers.com

        Good luck!

I have a model #67157-1008D1 AquaSource kitchen faucet. The whole thing still looks like new except for the faucet spout which has corrosion spots over the whole thing. I am I able to buy a replacement spout only?

I don’t work for AquaSource or represent them in any way, so I really have no idea, but I can’t imagine why not. Like I said, they sent me the replacement spout on mine for free, so I would say it’s a good likelihood. You just need to call them directly.

I have the aquasource item # 224802 that I bought from Lowes 3 years ago and the sprayer block broke. Lowes said they could not order me just the sprayer, so I called the (866)417-7564 # and I gave her the item # and they are sending me the new part tomorrow free of charge!:)

AquaSource is awesome. I bought it at Lowes and saved the box because AquaSource has a lifetime warranty. After 5 years, the nozzle head stopped working between the two different spray functions and ended up spraying everywhere. I called 866-538-5535, gave them the model number, and they’re sending out a replacement nozzle head for FREE. I wish every company stood behind their products like AquaSource.

Too bad they have quit answering the phone. I called 4 times in the last week, get a recording to hang on, then get disconnected after about 5 seconds. Bought a new faucet. And I liked the old one better.

Thanks so much for this info! I had gone back to the store and Hateful Harriet was no help, as you can imagine! 🙂 I googled trying to find what to do and came across this… I really appreciate you posting this and am happy to say that they are sending me a replacement sprayer unit for free!
    Thanks again!

I have a basic 4″ centers 2 handle AquaSource lav faucet that is leaking out of the spout.
    It’s a little over 1 year old.
I can’t figure out how to get the handles off to change the cartridges. There are no screws of any kind that are visible anywhere on the handles and they don’t have any seams to unscrew from the housing base.

Another big +1 for AquaSource. I was not sure about the company when I bought a faucet from them at Lowes. But when I needed a spare part, I could not believe how easy it was to order it. They did not charge anything. Super cordial and free shipping. Not many companies left like this today. I do not write reviews for most companies but AquaSource deserves credit for maintaining high US standards of customer service.

BTW, the customer service phone number for AquaSource products sold at Lowes is 1-866-417-7564 and for their products sold at Home Depot is 1-866-538-5535

Here is a huge -1 for Aquasource. After reading this, I phoned Aquasource and they gave me the runaround and told me to send a picture – I did – they say they can’t identify it. This faucet was purchased in 05 – they told me to go to Lowes and maybe they can identify it. Bottom line – they will do anything to avoid warranty claims and will give you the runaround if you don’t know the model number – it is unethical to make goods and not print an item number on them – it is done to avoid warranty claims.

I purchased an Aquasource “Glynden” shower faucet and was told by a Lowes employee that they stocked the replacement cartridge (not so) but when I called Aquasource they were quick to offer me one at no cost. I highly recommend this company for their service dept. and their prices.
